Although you’ll know in advance exactly how you are going to meet project deadlines, unforeseen events can still throw your plans into disarray. Is the project running late? Our control measures are designed to limit the negative effects of unexpected events. You can explain to the client clearly, and with confidence, what is going on, how you will deal with it, and what the consequences are for the overall project planning.

Preventing and settling claims

When claims arise, Primaplan includes pre-set responses for claims handling. Naturally we do everything in our power to prevent claims in the first place. Nevertheless, project objectives must sometimes be adjusted, often due to external factors beyond your control.

For example, a postponed delivery date for purchased parts can cause a major project delay. Do you simply allow this delay to occur, potentially causing the end date to shift? Or do you take steps to mitigate the delay and maintain the original end date?
Whatever you decide to do, we’ll make the impact clear for your client. As a result, you’ll be able to agree a new baseline and record this in the project record, enabling you to defend future claims should the need arise.
